Over the past 8 weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of running our iMatter Winter Wellbeing Programme at the Fitzone Foundation, focusing on the importance of self-care and taking time out for yourself. In the middle of busy lives, even a small pause can help reset the mind and body. 💙

Throughout the programme participants explored a range of wellbeing activities including:

🌿 Take 5 wellbeing techniques

🎨 Vision boards to reflect on goals and positivity

🧘 Yoga and relaxation

🖌 Arts & crafts sessions

🔔 A calming sound bath experience

🧰 Wellness Toolbox session delivered by Recovery College

It was fantastic to see everyone come together each week, sharing experiences, supporting one another and leaving with new tools to help look after their wellbeing.
